Molly Castano is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), which markets Las Vegas and Southern Nevada and operates the Las Vegas Convention Center. She leads international and brand PR, corporate and internal communications, and media requests related to the Las Vegas Stadium Authority. She also manages the LVCVA’s PR agency, R&R Partners.

Since joining the LVCVA in 2015, she has held several roles, including Public Affairs Communications Manager and Director of International and Brand PR, before stepping into her current position in March 2024. Her prior experience includes roles with Cirque du Soleil and Langdon Flynn Communications.

A UNLV graduate in Journalism and Media Studies, Castano has called Las Vegas home since 1998.

Megan Comfort oversees Small Business and SBA Lending statewide as Executive Vice President and Small Business Manager for Nevada State Bank With 18 years of commercial lending experience, she joined the bank’s Executive Management Committee in 2023.

Megan’s team works with clients and prospects to deliver tailored financial solutions, often collaborating with Treasury and Wealth Management to offer a full suite of services.

A Las Vegas resident for over 20 years, Megan is active in the community through organizations like the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, Green Our Planet, Junior Achievement, and The Shade Tree. She’s a graduate of Leadership Nevada and teaches in the Vegas Chamber’s EDGE Program supporting women- and minority-owned businesses.

She holds a Finance degree from UNLV and has completed additional coursework through the American Bankers Association and the American Institute of Banking.

Stacy Hamilton is Vice President of Public Relations for MGM Resorts International, where she leads communications strategies across the company’s diverse portfolio—from hospitality and entertainment to gaming and art. She oversees a high-performing team managing brand launches, venue openings, large-scale events, and earned media for over 20 resort brands, including Bellagio, ARIA, and Mandalay Bay.

Since joining MGM Resorts in 2011, Stacy has held several leadership roles, following prior PR positions at Caesars Entertainment, The Venetian, and agency SK+G. She began her career in broadcast journalism as a producer for NBC affiliates in Las Vegas and Yuma, Arizona.

Stacy holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.A. in Print Journalism from Ithaca College. She also teaches communications at UNLV.

Stephanie Stopulos is a strategic marketing executive with deep expertise in growth, media, and brand engagement across global organizations. With a proven track record driving revenue, retention, and brand love, she has led high-performing teams at the intersection of performance marketing, paid media, and lifecycle engagement.

From her time as VP of Media at Target Corporation and EVP, Managing Director at Publicis Groupe, Stephanie brings extensive experience managing large-scale budgets, building global partnerships, and delivering innovative, data-driven strategies that accelerate growth across consumer, entertainment, and tech sectors. A passionate leader and collaborator, she excels at translating vision into execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. 

Karla Knecht is currently serving as Fractional CMO for MassMedia through her consultancy, Knecht Solutions, LLC. Prior to launching her own practice, she spent 29 years at Starcom, a Publicis Media agency, where she held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Client Officer. In these roles, she led operations, analytics, client onboarding, and strategic integration across major accounts.

Karla has worked across industries including CPG, pharma, retail, insurance, and entertainment, with top clients like Novartis, Mars-Wrigley, Allstate, Applebee’s, and Delta. Known for driving innovation and measurable results, her leadership helped launch the Effie-winning Allstate Mayhem campaign, Allstate’s Gold Lion-winning Save 11 campaign, and a Media Plan of the Year for Mars Petcare.

She was honored as a She Runs It Working Mother of the Year in 2018 and is recognized for her expertise in data-driven, precision marketing and building high-performing teams.
